I have real world experience making stuff manufacturable! Too often a product is developed with poor design choices resulting in expensive hard to manufacture, hard to test, low manufacturing yields and difficult to use in the end application.

Read my posts, you will see projects and technologies I have worked on.

I use theory and evidence from testing to fix issues with products. For example, products were only failing in one US city during one season of the year. I immediately suggested an environmental factor, which was eventually traced back to the flux used to solder BGA components absorbing moisture. This fault was verified in an environmental testing chamber, using custom software I wrote to record operating time and detect failures.
